By downloading or using SQL Master, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

The App

What SQL Master Does

SQL Master is an educational application designed to help you:

• Learn SQL through interactive lessons
• Practice with real interview challenges from top tech companies
• Write and execute SQL queries in a sandbox environment
• Track your learning progress with streaks and achievements

What SQL Master Is Not

SQL Master is an educational tool. It does not:

• Guarantee job placement or interview success
• Provide official certification
• Connect to production databases
• Store or process real-world sensitive data

Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Pro Tiers

SQL Master offers both free and premium (Pro) content:

• Free: Access to basic lessons and a selection of challenges
• Pro: Unlimited hearts, all challenges, advanced lessons, and more

Subscription Terms

If you choose to subscribe to SQL Master Pro:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription

Pricing

Current subscription prices:

• Monthly: $4.95 per month
• Yearly: $19.95 per year

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to subsequent subscription periods.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

User Responsibilities

Appropriate Use

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal, educational purposes
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not share subscription access with others

Intellectual Property

SQL Master, including its design, code, challenges, lessons, and content, is owned by Salimov Studios and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on the app
• Reproduce challenge content outside the app

Data and Privacy

Your use of SQL Master is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• Learning progress is stored locally on your device
• We don't collect personal information or usage analytics
• Subscription status is managed through Apple

App Availability and Changes

No Warranty

SQL Master is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
• That the app will meet your specific learning needs
• Accuracy of all challenge solutions (SQL can have multiple valid answers)

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app
• Update features, challenges, or functionality
• Require updates to continue using the app
• Change subscription offerings and pricing

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Salimov Studios is not liable for any damages arising from use of SQL Master
• This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for data loss (back up your device regularly)
• We are not responsible for interview outcomes or career decisions based on app usage

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salimov Studios from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the app
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Third-Party Services

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and uses Apple's payment systems. Use is subject to Apple's terms and policies. We are not responsible for Apple's service availability or policies.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate access to the app if you violate these terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the app ends immediately
• Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable
• You may cancel future subscription renewals through iOS Settings

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, please contact us at salimovstudios@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution.

Children

SQL Master is suitable for users of all ages who want to learn SQL. We do not collect any personal information from users of any age.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
